Climate

Bangkok can experience some of the highest temperatures of any city in the world, with averages rising above 30 degrees throughout the year. Humidity can sometimes be high, and there can be some spells of rainfall, monsoons and even thunderstorms, and the best time to travel to avoid such weather is October to February. The temperature is not as hot during the optimal travel months, but it is still easily in the high 20s with the added reassurance of it being much less likely to rain. April to September is typically a part of the monsoon season.
