Emirates – A380

Experience a flight full of luxury, relaxation and privacy on the Emirates A380 in First Class. Enjoy ‘your time’ in the comfort of your very own private suite, complete with turn down lighting, a cinematic screen and flat bed with mattress. On board the A380, you can indulge in a spa-like shower leaving you refreshed throughout your flight, as well as receiving a Bvlgari amenity kit with signature fragrances and lotions, and pamper essentials.

Never get bored or restless on the Emirates A380 First Class service, with an Ice Inflight entertainment system featuring over 2,500 channels of the latest movies and TV shows. You can also catch up on the news as well as watching live TV (selected flights only). If you want to stretch your legs, the onboard Lounge is the perfect way to socialize while sipping spirits, cocktails, exclusive wines, beers and champagnes. Gourmet meals are served on bone china plates with exclusive Robert Welch cutlery, and professional chefs prepare meals using seasonal ingredients.

Virgin Atlantic – Upper Class Suite

At a touch of a button, you can turn your comfy chair into a flat bed, which boasts as being one of the longest fully flat beds in business class. Those looking to get a few hours of work into their flight can stay connected with the in seat power socket and live news feed. The ottoman seat and table allow for a comfortable working space. Each seat is complete with its own 10.4-inch TV with over 300 hours of entertainment; each seat has its own aisle access for optimum accessibility.

Each First Class passenger will receive a preflight glass of Gardet Brut Premier Cru Champagne or Bucks Fizz. During dinner service, you’ll still dine in style with custom designed crockery and cutlery. Celebrity chef Lorraine Pascale has created delicious signature dishes for Upper Class passengers to sample. If you want to enhance your Virgin Atlantic Upper Class experience, opt for a Flying Club membership, which includes benefits such as reserving your seat for free from 72 hours, earning miles towards flights and upgrades each time you fly. Earning and spending miles with Virgin Atlantic’s partners, 7% off Virgin Holidays and earn 1 mile per £1 spent and a dedicated Flying Club helpline.

British Airways – First Class

British Airways feature elegant and comfy suites in their First Class service. Each suite features a fully flat bed with mattress and duvet, access to luxurious lounges and spa treatments and sophisticated dining and service. The oasis-like suite is designed for business travellers as well as general travellers, if you feel like catching up with work or the outside world, you will have access to a personal power supply. Those who want to check in a few winks while in the sky can transform their seat into a 6ft 6inch flat bed with cotton duvet and pillow, as well as a pair of cotton PJs.

If you have trouble sleeping on a flight, take advantage of the entertainment system with endless hours of films, documentaries, TV shows, music, audio books and games on the 15-inch screen complete with noise-cancelling headphones. There is also a UBS port and RCA Jack to connect your laptop, iPod or digital camera. During dinner service, you will be introduced to a world of culinary delights. If you fly during the morning you can indulge in a classic English breakfast with a choice of juices, yoghurts, cereals and pastries. Another specialty is the Afternoon Tea, choose from a selection of sandwiches, cakes, pastries, scones and a choice of Twining’s tea. Award-winning wines and champagnes as well as spirits, non-alcoholic drinks, coffee and tea can be ordered from the bar.
