Room Types

The well-appointed guest rooms at Sugar Ridge are divided into groupings of four, each one coming with its own entrance and specialized door locks. This arrangement, combined with the artfully landscaped gardens, gives guests a delightful sense of peace and privacy during their stay.

Premium King with Plunge Pool

Featuring a plunge pool on the terrace, the Premium King with Plunge Pool offers spacious living with high ceilings and spectacular views.
Deluxe King

Located on the upper floor, the Deluxe King Rooms feature king size beds, high ceilings and large verandas.
Deluxe King with Plunge Pool

Enjoy soaking in your own plunge pool with sweeping views of the gardens and Ocean. This room features spacious living with a king size bed and day bed.
Deluxe Twin

The Deluxe Twin rooms are family-friendly with adjoining twin bed rooms on the upper floor.

Facilities

During your stay be sure to take advantage of the hotel spa, on the ground floor of the Sugar Club. This upmarket leisure facility consists of the Aveda Concept Spa with 4 treatment rooms (1 of which is reserved especially for couples) but also boasts a well-equipped fitness centre, a hair salon and Pilates studio.

You can also enjoy use of the hotel’s two pristine pools, or make your way down to the nearest beach for swimming and sunbathing on the powder-white sand.

Restaurants

There are two fabulous restaurants at Sugar Ridge as well as a complimentary shuttle bus service to a nearby beach with a collection of vibrant eateries and restaurants. All-inclusive meal deals are available or guests can pick and choose their lunch and dinner options.

Carmichael’s

When it comes to fine dining, guests at Sugar Ridge can enjoy a delicious meal courtesy of the main restaurant, Carmichael’s. Located atop the ridge for which the resort is named, this airy eatery provides a stunning vantage point from which to gaze out over the Antiguan coast and the shimmering waves of the Caribbean. Opt to have a romantic dinner at this lofty restaurant and drink in the unbeatable sunset while sipping cocktails and ordering from the seasonal menu of Caribbean-influenced fusion food.
Sugar Club

For a more informal dining experience, head to the Sugar Club. This sophisticated but laid-back restaurant and bar overlooks both of the hotel’s swimming pools and allows you to eat either indoors or one of two covered verandas. Three meals a day are provided here and the fare ranges from burgers, pasta and pizza to the freshest, choicest seafood dishes. Live entertainment is laid on at least three times a week.
