Room Types

There are 72 beautifully appointed guestrooms and suites to choose from at Curtain Bluff, all of them featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, picturesque views and a private terrace or veranda. Inside you will find ‘tropical chic’ décor with all of the must-have modern amenities to make sure your stay is characterised by unadulterated comfort and convenience.

Why not opt for a beach-situated Junior Suite, which are just a stone’s throw from the waves and boast a cosy bedroom descending to a sunken living room furnished with sea-grass chairs and sofas. From there, floor-to-ceiling glass doors open onto a private veranda/terrace overlooking the shore and the sea, while back inside, in the gleaming modern bathroom, you will find a spacious open-walled shower, ample tub and double vanities. On the Bluff, select a One Bedroom Bluff Suite for more space and privacy. These split-level suites include a spacious living room as well as a garden patio with hammock; a cosy breakfast nook; and a 16ft-wide dining terrace – the perfect place to enjoy your meal while drinking in the sweeping views.

Another delightful option is the signature Cliff Suite. This expansive accommodation consists of a separate bedroom with plush king-sized bed, a marble bathroom and terrace, not to mention a living room with second patio equipped with a sparkling infinity soaking pool.

Facilities

In between meals it’s time to have some fun in the sun and Curtain Bluff offers plenty of opportunity to do just that. Whether you are taking advantage of its two beaches, the pristine swimming pool, the squash court or the fully-equipped fitness centre you are sure to enjoy yourself – and work up a great appetite for your next tantalising meal.

There is just so much to do at Curtain Bluff, from a variety of water sports (including snorkelling, water skiing and scuba diving) to tennis at the championship tennis centre, and a variety of other pleasurable activities such as cooking and wine-appreciation classes and off-property island excursions.

Alternatively you can opt to just kick back and relax with a soothing spa or salon treatment while the kids take advantage of the children’s playground or perhaps the Creative camp and tennis clinics aimed specifically at young guests.

Restaurants

Wining and dining at Curtain Bluff is provided by two remarkable restaurants as well as a very well-stocked Wine Cellar.

The Tamarind Tree is an open-walled plantation-style restaurant where you can get the day off to a perfect start with a hearty breakfast of French toast, banana pancakes, croissants, fruit or traditional island fare, then return later for a 5-course candlelit dinner serenaded by a live band. Finish off with a moonlight dance for the perfect romantic evening!

For a laidback lunch consisting of a resplendent buffet selection grab a table at The Sea Grape, situated on the sand at the end of Bay Beach. As well as dishing up a mouth-watering weekly barbecue lunch with live steel-drum music this eatery also transforms into another dinner venue 4 or 5 nights a week (depending on the season) where you can feast on Italian and Antiguan-inspired dishes by the light of the moon – and tiki torches of course.
