Room Types

The Resort's pyramid shape ensures that most of 650 rooms enjoy the lovely view of the azure waters of the Arabian Gulf. Furnished in cool hues of azure and bronze, with floor to ceiling windows and carpets, these stylish rooms offer a wealth of comfort, good relaxation and with marble clad bathrooms, plenty of luxury too! There are comfortable chairs in the living area that has an LCD satellite TV, a mini fridge. The beds are comfortable and the marble bathrooms are fitted with rain showers. There is air conditioning and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout.

Classic Room

This elegant room (32m²) is comfortable with chairs and a writing desk and twin beds with sumptuous padded headboard. In the elegant bathroom there is a walk-in rain shower. This room type does not have a balcony, but does enjoy beautiful views of the Arabian Gulf. The maximum occupancy for this room is two adults and one child.
Deluxe Room

These rooms are a little more spacious (34-37 m²) and have armchairs and a writing desk. There is a comfortable king size bed and en suite marble bathroom with walk-in rain shower. Some of these rooms have a balcony. Maximum occupancy is two adults and one child.
Premium Room

With lovely views of the gardens, pool or sea, this spacious room (43-47m²) is perfect for two as it has a lovely king size bed, armchairs and a balcony with rattan table and chairs. The en suite has a rain shower. The maximum occupancy for this room is two adults plus one child.
Family Room

Perfect for a family holiday, this room is spacious (61-81m²). As well as a living area with TV and mini bar, there are two connecting bedrooms with privacy door. One bedroom has a king size bed and the other twin beds. There are two stylish bathrooms each with a walk-in rain shower. Some Family Rooms overlook the sea and others, the Resort gardens and some Family Rooms have a balcony. Maximum occupancy is three adults and two children aged 2-12 years.
Junior Suite

With views of the garden, this spacious ground floor suite (78m²) is perfect for families as it has two bedrooms and three marble bathrooms with walk in showers. There is a comfortable living area with sofas and a writing desk and there are separate bedrooms - one with a king size bed and the other with twin beds. The suite is restfully coloured throughout in neutral tones with highlights in azure and bronze. Outside there is a private terrace with rattan table and chairs. The maximum occupancy is three adults and two children.
Senior Suite

Also situated on the ground floor, this expansive suite (107- 152 m²) has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. There is a spacious living room with sofas and desk and the separate bedrooms comprise of one king size bedroom and two rooms with twin beds. Outside there is an attractive terrace with table and chairs. Maximum occupancy is five adults and two children (2-12 years).
King Suite

With beautiful views of the gardens, pool or sea, this beautiful suite is 'fit for royalty' as it is lavishly decorated and furnished. With 190 m² of floor space, this King Suite has a huge living area with sofas and writing desk, plus dining table and chairs. There are three separate bedrooms – all with king size beds. There are four beautiful marble bathrooms; three with walk-in rain showers and the other has a bathtub. There is a large balcony that is furnished with table and chairs. The maximum occupancy is five adults and two children (2-12 years).

Facilities

There is something for everyone to enjoy at the Resort – whatever your age. There are eight gorgeous swimming pools including an adults only infinity pool and two private pool in the spa. For children and those young in spirit, there is the Aqua Park. There are regular organised pool games including water volleyball, basketball and water polo

The Anjana Spa is very special and well worth a visit. Combining the Turkish culture with the modern concept of wellness perfectly, the Spa has his and her sections with respective pools. There is also a traditionally styled Hammam. There is a well-equipped fitness suite that is open 24 hours a day.

If you have children to amuse, there is certainly never a dull moment at the Rixy Kids' Club. For adults there are great beach games including volleyball and football and in the Resort there is basketball and tennis. With such beautiful water so close by, everyone can enjoy the array of water sports, which includes diving, Jet Ski, water skiing and parasailing. There are catamarans and the chance to go fly fishing too. All of these activities are perfect for relaxing after a day spent exploring amazing Dubai including its landmarks and some retail therapy!

Restaurants

You are spoilt for choice with the all inclusive restaurants at Rixos Bab al Bahr. Several of the restaurants do make a surcharge for their top dishes but the majority of the dishes on menus are covered by the all inclusive package. The Resort's entertainment square is the setting for five world-class a la carte restaurants and the Mojito Bar with its fabulous views of Marjan Island.

Seven Heights

This is the Resort's main restaurant and is one of the largest and best known buffet restaurants in UAE. Open throughout the day, serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks and with a 24-hour coffee shop, Seven Waterways is popular with everyone! The restaurant features an array of world cuisines – both traditional favourites and innovative dishes.
BBQ Restaurant

Casual and relaxed, this outdoor restaurant is perfect for al fresco dining with food cooked over charcoal and served sizzling straight to your plate.
Fish Bone

Elegantly furnished in shades of azure, navy and white, this lovely restaurant offers you fruits from the sea – beautifully prepared and cooked by the chefs for your enjoyment. The menu features both fish and seafood.
Lalezar Restaurant

This exotic looking restaurant with its traditional style of service is devoted to Middle Eastern cuisine, taking its inspiration from Turkish Ottoman culinary traditions.
Meat Point

This elegant restaurant is also dedicated to traditional Middle Eastern cuisine.
L'Olivio

Enjoy an authentic taste of the Mediterranean in this lovely Italian restaurant. The chefs prepare everything carefully by hand creating a home-style cuisine that includes delicious salads, pizzas and pasta dishes.
Aja

Enjoy an authentic taste of the Orient in this stylish restaurant. The menu includes a wonderful array of dishes from China. Japan and Thailand.
