Tour Overview
It is one of the most popular tours in Las Vegas with an amazing route that includes Hoover Dam, Lake Mead, extinct volcanoes, the Colorado River and the stunningly scenic Mojave Desert.
Whilst flying over the West Rim (Hualapi Reservation), your helicopter will begin a 4000 ft descent. In doing so, you can enjoy the picturesque Canyon Walls and rock formations!
When leaving the helicopter, you will be able to see the Colorado River at work, carving the Grand Canyon into shape.
There is then a light meal and a glass of victory champagne, served under a “Ramada” which is a traditional Hualapai shelter which offers shade and a picnic table.

The Grand Celebration helicopter tour begins at various times, depending on the time of the year. November to March- 7.00am, 9.15am, 11.30am; April to October- 7.00am, 9.15am, 11.30am, 1.45pm and 4.00pm (April to July only). The helicopter tour lasts approximately 70 minutes but the whole experience is 4 hours. Dress code is casual and dependent on the weather for the day, a pair of sunglasses are recommended.
