Room Types

All of the 52 guest rooms, 26 premium guest rooms, 8 suites and 6 signature suites at The Little Nell were decorated by Chicago designer Holly Hunt in a sophisticated ‘Aspen Modern’ style. As a result, each room features plush fabrics, vibrant contemporary artworks and an alluring colour palette of chocolate, cream and blue. All rooms also come with gas log fireplaces and enchanting views, either of the surrounding landscape, Aspen’s streets or the hotel’s courtyard and pool.

Town Side Guest Rooms

Overlooking Durant and Spring Streets, these charming rooms allow you to people-watch at your leisure from an immaculately furnished haven decorated in soothing earth tones. Each one boasts a well-stocked refreshment bar, a flat-screen LED HDTV, a stone-clad gas log fireplace and plush wool carpeting. There is also a gleaming contemporary bathroom with shower and separate soaking tub, dual stone vanities, and heated marble flooring and walls.
Mountain Side Guest Rooms

Averaging 600sqft in size, each of the hotel’s Mountain Side Guest Rooms overlook the hotel’s courtyard and pool and, in some cases, Aspen Mountain itself. The furnishings and amenities are the same as in the Town Side rooms, including the impressive selection of cutting-edge technology and the resplendent marble bathroom.

Two Bedroom Town Side Suites

Measuring an expansive 1150sqft, these opulent suites come with two stylishly furnished bedrooms (one king bed, one twin bed), two bathrooms, a living room and dining area. The Fritz Benedict Suite

Named for prolific Aspen architect Fritz Benedict, this enchanting one-bedroom abode exudes chic contemporary style and is adorned with custom artworks, a Chamont chandelier, Mark Albrecht counter stools and not one but two stone-clad gas log fireplaces. The Fred Iselin Suite

Named for Swiss Army Office and Ski School Director Fred Iselin, this 1250sqft suite boasts exquisite custom furnishings and artworks. It is also home to such desirable amenities as 2 flat-screen TVs (in the master bedroom and lounge), two gas log fireplaces, a personal computer system and a marble-clad bathroom with steam shower and Jacuzzi soaking tub.
The Andre Roch Suite

Andre Roch was the Swiss mountaineer who both planned and surveyed Aspen Mountain, and this impeccably furnished suite is named in his honour. Boasting breath-taking custom furnishings and artworks, the suite is guaranteed to dazzle its guests and offers a sublime standard of luxury mountain living.
The Friedl Pfeifer Suite

This majestic 2000sqft suite, with its two lavish bedrooms and two slope-side balconies, is named after the Austrian ski racer who founded the Aspen Ski School. Featuring custom-made furnishings, two and a half baths, and a spectacular living area with wet bar, dining table for six and black walnut coffee table, the suite provides an ideal residence for families.
The Little Nell Suite

The hotel’s 1450sqft signature suite is a dazzling space that will take your breath away as soon as you enter. Upscale Aspen living is provided by this majestic abode, with its wrap-around balconies, wall-to-wall windows and expansive sunlit living area. The Walter Paepcke Suite

The Little Nell’s most spacious suite at 2500sqft, this palatial abode was named for the city’s visionary industrialist and features a private balcony offering stunning views of Ajax Tavern, the Silver Queen Gondola and the base of the mountain. The suite comprises a luxurious bedroom, a sleek marble bathroom, a powder room and an expansive living space with work station, dining table for six and grandiose central fireplace.
