Grand Classic Room

The Grand Classic Room measures 32 sqm and are located on the 10th – 24th floors. The bathroom features a separate shower and bath. Room amenities include a twin or king size bed, refrigerated private bar, 42-inch LCD TV, tea and coffee making facilities, and a media hub to connect your laptop with the TV.
Grand River Room

The 32sqm Grand River Room provides sweeping views of the Yarra and the city skyline, and comes with a signature Langham Blissful Bed, a work desk and 42-inch LCD TV with Digital IPTV system. The room also benefits from an elegant marble bathroom with separate shower and bathtub.
Grand River Corner

Each of the 39 sqm Grand River Corner rooms are located on floors 11 to 19 and feature splendid views of the Yarra River and Southgate precinct. The marble bathroom features a separate shower and bathtub. Room amenities include a twin or king size bed, refrigerated private bar, 42-inch LCD TV, tea and coffee making facilities, and a media hub to connect your laptop with the TV.
Grand Balcony Room

Grand Balcony Rooms are also 32sqm but feature a 19sqm private balcony from which you can look out over the pool deck and the Melbourne skyline, while Club Terrace Rooms are more spacious at 39sqm and boast an expansive 45sqm furnished terrace reached through sliding glass doors. These rooms afford guests Langham Club privileges.
Club Terrace Room

The 39 sqm Club Terrace Rooms are set in floors 21 to 23 and present a Melbourne skyline Southbank precinct. The large marble bathroom features a separate shower bath. Room amenities include a twin or king size bed, refrigerated private bar, 42-inch LCD TV, tea and coffee making facilities, and a media hub to connect your laptop with the TV.
Langham Club Rooms

The 32 sqm Langham Club rooms are located on 10 to 24 floors. Each room includes a large marble bathroom with separate shower and bathtub. Room amenities include a twin or king size bed, refrigerated private bar, 42-inch LCD TV, tea and coffee making facilities, and a media hub to connect your laptop with the TV.
Club Spa Suite

Much larger, at 74sqm, are the Club Spa Suites, which feature a separate bedroom and tastefully furnished living areas and feature a two-person corner spa as well as a business desk and walk-in dressing room. As well as Langham Club privileges, guests staying in one of these suites also benefit from personal butler service.
The Apartment

The 128 sqm Apartment is located in the 10th floor and offers a spacious lounge and dining area for up to 6 guests as well as a separate laundry and storage cupboards. The master bedroom features a 32-inch TV, walk-in wardrobe and marble bathroom. The second bedroom includes a 42-inch TV, a king or 2 twin beds and a marble bathroom. Room amenities include an MP3 dock, media hub to connect your laptop with the TV and a Nespresso Coffee machine and tea making facilities.
The Presidential Suite

The most luxurious accommodation at The Langham is the Presidential Suite, which is a palatial 161sqm in size and consists of two bedrooms with marble bathrooms, a spacious lounge and dining area, a dual spa-and-shower and a large business desk. This Suite also offers you Langham Club privileges and butler service.

Facilities
