There are 129 spacious villas at One and Only Reethi Rah, divided into 97 Beach Villas and 32 Water Villas. Each one is elegantly decorated with natural materials such as sea grass, mahogany, rattan and silk, and all villas come with cutting-edge technology, generous outdoor spaces and luxurious bathrooms.

Beach Villas

Surrounded by lush tropical foliage, the resort’s Beach Villas provide easy access to a golden stretch of private beach and include large furnished verandas and external showers. You can also opt to reserve a Beach Villa with private pool if you want to enjoy a refreshing dip in utter seclusion.
Beach Villa With Pool

The Beach Villa with Pool spans 165 sq. meters and features one bedroom with lish sea views. Enjoy beachfront location with your own lavish pool that occupies the beach.
Two-Villa Residence with Pool

The spacious 300 sq. meters Residence with pool is the perfect option for families, featuring two spacious bedrooms, a veranda and outdoor pool featuring a shower.
Grand Beach Villa with Pool

The 322 sq. meter Grand Beach Villa with Pool includes two bedrooms, spacious bathroom with beach views, pool and cabana and spacious living areas both inside and out.
Water Villas

Effortless access to the water is also provided by the resort’s ultra-lavish Water Villas, which are built on stilts directly over the ocean and are connected to the land by sturdy walkways. Each of these spectacular accommodations comes with a split-level deck and private outdoor pool as well as a 40sqm-covered veranda where you can relax in the shade with a good book or a cocktail.
Water Villas with Pool

The elegant and spacious water villas with pool measure 149 sq. meters and offer incredible views of the ocean. Enjoy privacy on your pool deck terrace with an infinity edge pool and over-water hammock. The spacious water villa includes an expansive bathroom and living area designed for comfort.
Grand Water Villa With Pool

The 241 sq. meter Grand Water Villa with Pool offers a 20 sq. meter private infinity edge pool and sundeck platforms with loungers and a separate Jacuzzi. The spacious living area is fitted with modern furnishings and cosy sofas.
Grand Sunset Residence

The Grand Sunset Residence offers expansive space of 2000 square meters, with a private beachfront surrounded by the natural green scenery. The residence can occupy up to 7 guests allowing family or groups of friends to enjoy an intimate living experience in the Maldives. Enjoy the luxury of space and comfort in the Grand Sunset Residence, from entertainment systems including iPads, LCD TV and surround sound systems, to a wine cellar bar and espresso and tea making facilities, all accessible throughout the two connected beach villas.
Grand Residence

The ultra spacious 2400 sqm Grand Residence offers the ultimate beachfront oasis with 3 bedrooms. The second Beach Villa offers guests their own bathroom with indoor and outdoor showers and private veranda. Enjoy the Maldivian sunshine and cool off in the private swimming pool or simply enjoy the location of direct lagoon access.
