Room Types

A selection of 86 studios and pavilions are dotted around Niyama Private Islands. Designed to compliment the vision of the resort, the spacious accommodation offer all the amenities a honeymoon couple may desire. Niyama Private Islands presets each room with in-room deli style snacks, private terrace and an open-air bathroom.

Beach Villa

Each Beach Studio measures 135 sqm and features a spacious patio area with swinging plush sofa and dining facilities. To the rear, you will find a garden oasis complete with water feature, open-air shower and semi-open bathtub. Each villa features a king bedroom, private deck with loungers, in room entertainment system including an LED TV and international movie selection, direct beach access and Maldivian butler service.
Water Pool Villa

Situated over the lagoon, the Water Studio with Pool gives you the most exquisite panoramas of the Ocean, all in the comfort and privacy of the 175 sqm Water Studio. Complete with sundeck, pool, and loungers and dining area and a spa-like bathroom. Villa amenities include an LED TV, surround sound and international movie selection, butler service and mini bar.
Deluxe Water Pool Villa

Opulence is apparent in these 190 sqm villas complete with outdoor Jacuzzi, and expansive sundeck with plunge pool and direct ocean access. The stunning bathroom creates a spa-like experience with bathtub and a partially open-air shower. Room amenities include an LED TV, surround sound and International movie selection, Butler and a mini bar.
One Bedroom Beach Pool Pavilion

Beach Pavilion includes secluded beach access alongside exclusive dining and living areas. A cocoon lounge with a day bed is for your personal use. A personal butler and private infinity pool with Jacuzzi are the icing on the cake.
Two Bedroom Beach Pool Pavilion

These pavilions offer 635 sqm and features two king bedrooms, a private pool with underwater speakers, outdoor Jacuzzi, sunken living area with cocktail bar, private sundeck with floating loungers, day bed and dining table. Bathrooms are private with indoor and al fresco showers. In room entertainment includes a TV with Bose surround sound system and International movie selection.
Two Bedroom Ocean Pool Pavilions

Perfect for families, the 515 sqm pavilions features two king bedrooms, a sunken living room, butler’s pantry and a private sun deck with floating loungers, daybed, dining table and a private infinity pool. Villa amenities include LED TVs, surround sound system, International movie selection, mini bar with drinks and treats, direct ocean access and a Maldivian butler service.
The Crescent

This impressive water villa can accommodate up to 14 adults and 8 children, just steps away into the alluring lagoon, the Crescent offers outstanding views of the Maldives to share with your family and friends in the expansive villa. The Crescent features a dedicated chef, resort buggy, private barbeque, private sunset cruise on Dream Dhoni, complimentary photo album and two dedicated Thakuru’s.
Beach Pool Villa

Each Beach Pool Villa measures 190 sqm and serves as your complete oasis for intimate living. To the front of the villa you will find a patio area with swinging chair, plunge pool, dining area and brilliant ocean views. To the rear, submerge yourself in a spa-like experience with a semi open-plan bathroom with bathtub and al fresco shower. Room amenities include a mini bar with drinks and treats, Maldivian butler and LED TV with surround sound and international movie selection.
One bedroom Water Pool Pavilions

The One Bedroom Water Pavilion measures 340 sqm and features an expansive sundeck with infinity pool, Jacuzzi, direct ocean access, dining and lounge area. Villa amenities include a king bed, interior living room and dining area, enclosed bathroom with indoor and partially open-air showers, butler’s, ice-maker, wine refrigerator, mini bar and Butler Service.
Family Beach Pool Villa

These dedicated family villas on the beach offer gorgeous sunrise views to gently wake you up. Each villa measures 255 sqm and features a private pool and dhoni swing. Al fresco bathing can be enjoyed in your soaking tub or the outdoor and indoor showers. Enjoy the living space with TV and movie selections for a family night in.
Three Bedroom Pool Beach Pavilion

The 770 sqm pavilions are designed for all the family with two bedrooms, two private pools and private spa treatment room. Butler service is available for all your family’s needs as well as an icemaker, and microwave and wine refrigerator. Room amenities include a foot ritual upon arrival, fresh coconuts and cooling box with cold face towels delivered daily. Guests staying in the Three Bedroom Family Beach Pavilion with Pools have direct beach access.

Bringing your family to the Maldives is a pleasurable experience for you all, the children’s club at PER AQUMM Niyama offers services from 12 months old to 12 years old. Children can enjoy activities based on theme days such as jungle safari’s, pirates and princesses and the circus. Fun activities include football, beach cricket, tennis, snorkeling safaris and master chef classes, there’s so much for the little one’s to do, they’ll make plenty of friends and learn new skills along the way!

Niyama Maldives has created a luxury playground in Paradise, designing unique facilities that rival hotels around the world. Eight bars and restaurants are available for guests to enjoy throughout their stay at Niyama Private Island Maldives. Each studio and pavilion is stocked with a range of deli-style snacks including cheese and olives, for you to enjoy at your own leisure.

Blu

Set by Per AQUUM Niyama’s lush pool, Blu serves all-day dining with Mediterranean dishes and a poolside ice cream parlor.
Nest

Nest is set in a treetop serving Teppanyaki, Thai, Chinese and Indian dishes.

For something quick, easy and tasty, head to The Deli, a gourmet food store selling delicious snacks.
Subsix

October 2012 saw the opening of SUBSIX, the world’s first underground nightclub. Tinie Tempah officially opened this nightspot, with a range of world renowned dj’s booked to play in the near future.

Epicure serves a range of international breakfast, lunch and dinner options, alongside takeaway options for in villa dining of an impromptu beach picnic.

With a menu offering African, Middle Eastern, Asian and South American specialties; Tribal has something for everyone. Open cooking stations create a theatrical atmosphere, with hot rock grills and open fires being on show.
Edge

Opened in 2012, Edge is located overwater, 500m offshore. Head chef Arron Rhodes creates modern day, experimental cuisine, including a range of local signature dishes brought up to date with a creative flair.

Fahrenheit is placed on a rooftop, offering spectacular views and long drinks.

Dune is located on the beach and serves specialty cocktails.
