Room Types

There are 504 rooms at Lapita Dubai Parks and Resorts, plus 60 suites and three villas offering great accommodation to suit couples, friends and families. This is the only resort in the theme parks area and it is one of the prestigious Autograph Collection. Lapita Dubai Parks and Resorts has been beautifully created using stylish architecture, a rich array of textiles and clever lighting. The guest rooms are elegantly decorated in light and dark wood and soft neutrals with highlights in blue, black and white. There is comfortable chairs and a 32” LCD TV with cable and satellite plus a movie channel. There are tea and coffee making facilities, a mini bar and mini fridge and all rooms are air-conditioned and have ceiling fans for comfort. Wi-Fi is available. There is a marble bathroom and gowns and slippers are provided.

Resort View King Room

This 37 sq m room is stylish with a king bed, chairs and writing desk. Enjoy the views of the resort from the furnished balcony. The bathroom is in dark wood with marble and fitted with a rainfall shower. For families, an extra rollaway bed or crib can be added and interconnecting rooms with twin beds are available.
Resort View Twin Room

This 37 sq m room is stylish with 2 double beds, chairs and writing desk. Enjoy the views of the resort from the furnished balcony. The bathroom is in dark wood with marble and fitted with a rainfall shower. For families, an extra rollaway bed or crib can be added and interconnecting rooms with twin beds are available.
Resort View Family Room

This spacious 74 sq m room is perfect for families of up to six people. There are two attractive bedrooms, the first with a king size bed and the second with two double beds. There are two bathrooms; each with a rainfall shower and the furnished balcony has views over the Resort. A rollaway bed or crib is available.
River View King Room

Relax in this 37 sqm room and enjoy river views. There are comfortable chairs close to the floor to ceiling sliding windows that lead out onto the furnished balcony. There is a comfortable king size room and marble en suite with rainfall shower. A rollaway bed or crib is available and interconnecting rooms with twin beds are also available.

Offering views of the resort’s pool this elegant 37 sqm room features Polynesian character. With 37 sq m the room has a living area with comfortable chairs and a large sliding window. There is a king bed, a marble bathroom with rainfall shower. This room is available with a rollaway bed or crib and some can be interconnected.
Pool View Twin Room

Light bright and spacious this 74 sqm room is ideal for families as it has a maximum occupancy of six. There is a living area that leads out through sliding glass windows onto the furnished balcony. The master bedroom has a king bed and there are twin beds in the second bedroom. There are two marble bathrooms with rainfall showers.
Junior Suite

Elegant and spacious rooms offer lovely resort views from the furnished balcony, this suite 57 sqm suite occupies up to four people. The separate living area is furnished with chairs and a sofa. There is a comfortable king bed and a rollaway bed or crib is available. The en suite bathroom has a rainfall shower. Interconnecting Junior Suites are available.
Family Suite

This beautiful suite is perfect for a family of four. There is 77 sq m of floor space with a spacious living room with chairs, sofa and writing desk plus large sliding windows leading out onto the furnished balcony with views of the Resort. The separate bedroom has a king bed and there is a marble bathroom with rainfall shower.
Royal Suite

This elegant suite has beautiful floor to ceiling sliding doors that lead out onto the spacious terrace overlooks the pool area. Inside there is a comfortable living area with sofa, chairs and a writing desk. The separate bedroom has a king size bed and there is a marble en suite with rainfall shower. A rollaway bed can be provided.
Two Bedroom Royal Suite

This 152 sqm suite offers plenty of space for a family of up to four. The living area has a sofa and oversized chair and its floor to ceiling sliding windows lead out onto the terrace with pool views. There are two bedrooms; one with a king bed and the other with twin beds and two stylish marble bathrooms.
Deluxe Villa 3 Bedroom Villa

This three-bedroom 274 sqm villa offer beautiful areas for relaxing as the villa has a balcony and sizeable terrace with a private pool. Inside, there is a beautiful living area with sofa bed, soft chairs and a dining area. Featuring 2 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and modern technology including four TVs.

There is so much to do on the resort’s doorstep, that Lapita Dubai Parks and Resorts is the perfect place to simply relax. There are serene lagoon style pools plus a lazy river and children's pool and plenty of areas to simply stretch out on a sun bed. The Ola Spa has11 treatment rooms, vitality pools and aromatherapy steam rooms. For those who like to keep fit, there is the gym with all the latest equipment.

Families can enjoy the array of facilities such as three activity clubs for various ages – Luna, Nova and Teens and in the evenings there is a good selection of entertainment.

Ari Pool Bar & Restaurant

Surrounded by the Resort pools and leafy foliage, this delightful restaurant has large wooden French windows looking out over the pools. There is a relaxing ambience and a good selection of international dishes on the menu.
Palama

This comfortable lobby lounge is the perfect place to relax and enjoy an afternoon cup of tea or later, a mocktail and a dish or two from the creative 'light bites' menu.
Kalea

Perfect for families, the Kalea is open all day through and offers lovely buffet style international dishes including some Polynesian specialties for breakfast, lunch and dinner in a very relaxed atmosphere.

This delightful rooftop lounge and restaurant is the place to go for fantastic panoramic city views that can be enjoyed over a cocktail with Polynesian style tapas.
