Room Types

This elegant looking hotel with its pale pink and cream facade has been offering relaxing holidays since 1897. All of the 117 rooms at Grand Hotel Savoia are contemporarily decorated in muted shades of coffee and cream. They all have really comfortable looking beds, air conditioning, LCD flat screen TV, comfortable armchairs and attractive bathrooms with either a bathtub or shower and slippers are provided. There is complimentary Wi-Fi throughout.

Comfort Room

This delightful room offers just that – comfort! Attractively decorated with 16-23 sq m of floor space and light wood parquet floors, doors and furniture, some of these rooms have a king size bed and also a balcony overlooking the internal courtyard. Rooms with interconnecting doors are also available.
Superior Room

This elegant room is available with either a king size bed or twin beds. With 27-29 sq m of floor area, this room feels spacious and includes an attractive living area with armchairs. Some of the rooms do have a balcony.
Deluxe Room

This beautiful room is perfect for relaxing in! It has a lovely living area with comfy chairs and a writing desk and is decorated with beautiful antique ornaments. There is a king size bed or two twins and the possibility of an extra bed for families. The bathroom is lavishly decorated and has a bathtub or shower and some rooms have a balcony. Interconnecting rooms are available for larger families and these include both superior and comfort rooms. Guests in this room enjoy complimentary access to the hotel's beautiful Spa.
Junior Suite

With 32-35 sq m, this suite offers really comfortable living and great views over the city or the Tofano Mountains. There is a king size bed or two twin beds and in the living area there is a sofa bed. Some of the rooms have wood paneling and other a covered balcony. There is access to the hotel Spa for guests in this suite.
Suite

With a spacious living area with comfortable armchairs, this stylish suite has 60-70 sq m of floor area. There is a king size bed or two twins and a sofa bed in the living area. Some of the suites have attractive terraces. There is access to the La Spiaggia Segnata Spa.
Suite Savoia

What a wonderful suite this is for families, with 81 sq m of floor space and three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The Master bedroom has an ensuite with a spa bath. This truly comfortable suite is situated in the hotel attic and has a spacious 27 m sq terrace with views over the city or of the Dolomites. Guests in this room enjoy complimentary entrance to the hotel Spa.

Facilities

The hotel has a well-equipped fitness centre and wellness centre as well as the relaxing environment of La Spiaggia Segreta Spa. There is a hammam, Jacuzzi, solarium and a tempting massage menu. The hotel has two lovely large hot tubs on its terrace. With children in mind, the hotel has a private garden playground.

Grand Hotel Savoia is the perfect base for an Italy ski holiday, situated in a winter playground for snow lovers as there is great downhill and cross country skiing, snow shoeing, ski mountaineering, curling and snow safaris.

Guests can also enjoy the beautiful location on a Italy summer holiday. during the summer, Genoa is perfect for those who enjoy climbing and trekking. The hotel has a thriving tennis club and paintball facilities and for children the Aquarium is right next door!

For exploring Genoa, the hotel could not be better placed as it is located near the railway station and Reception staff can advise on the different sightseeing excursions available.

Ristorante Salgari

This elegant and attractive restaurant has a long tradition of fine food. The restaurant is beautifully decorated in muted shades and is well known for its good cuisine and excellent service. The Chef can be seen at the Port of Genoa early each morning buying wonderful fresh fish for hotel guests to enjoy. The menu offers delicious regional Italian specialties and there is a children's menu available. During the summer months, dining is al fresco on the hotel's attractive terrace.
Trattoria Tralalero

Relaxing, informal and with a lovely ambience, this warmly coloured restaurant is perfect for casual dinners. Guests can enjoy the very best of Genoa Ligurian cuisine, beautifully made using the freshest local ingredients including herbs and freshly made pasta.
Bar Giardino d'Inverno

This stylish bar is perfect for relaxing in the evening, but is also a tempting place to be for its delightful afternoon tea service and ever-popular early evening Aperitifs.
