Room Types

There are many opulent villas choices at GoldenEye Resort in Jamaica, all of which feature custom made furnishings.

Flemming Villa

For the ultimate in Jamaican luxury accommodation you can opt to stay in the Fleming Villa itself. This little slice of utopia is the perfect accommodation for families or groups of friends. The villa itself comfortably accommodates ten people in its five spacious bedrooms. There is also a large media room with 64-inch TV and futon (which can also be used as a child’s bed), not to mention a private swimming pool, private beach and expansive tropical gardens offering plenty of al fresco dining options.
Speaking of dining, the Villa comes with its own team of staff, including a full-time personal chef, a butler and maid service.
One Bedroom Beach Villa

The one bedroom beach villa offers direct views and access to the beach, with a large living space of 1,100 sq. ft. Each villa features a custom designed king size bed, custom designed furnishings, 37-inch flat screen satellite TV and a queen size daybed in the living room with TV. The bathroom includes double sinks, GoldenEye Signature deep tub, private outdoor shower, bath and beauty products, and bathrobes. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, water filter and coffee maker. Enjoy the outdoor space with a 255 sq. ft .porch, outdoor dining table, chaise lounges and a hammock.
Two Bedroom Beach Villa

Alternatively smaller families can opt for one of the resort’s bright, airy two-bedroom villas. Four are situated right on the beach and one is on the lagoon, ensuring stunning views and plenty of opportunities for swimming and sunbathing. Both bedrooms come with flat screen TVs and king-size beds, and there is a queen-sized day bed in the lounge. The full kitchen includes a welcoming gift of Blackwell’s rum, a fully stocked refrigerator and oven. An outdoor dining table, chaise lounges, card table and hammock are to be found outside in the grounds.
Two Bedroom Lagoon Villa

The two-bedroom lagoon villa is set on the Low Cay beach and offers 1,711 sq. ft of space. The bedrooms include custom made furnishings including the king size beds and a mini fridge and 37-inch satellite TV. The living room offers a queen size daybed and a 37-inc satellite TV. Each bathroom includes a walk-in closet, double sinks, GoldenEye signature bathtub, bath and beauty products, hair dryer and private outdoor shower.
One Bedroom Ocean View

Set under the giant Banyan tree, the One Bedroom Ocean View offers spacious accommodation just 2 minutes from the glorious lagoon. This villa features a queen size bedroom, indoor antique bathtub, a private tropical garden with patio and a 37-inch satellite TV. The living room features a sofa and satellite TV while the kitchen includes a refrigerator, water filter and coffee maker. The outdor area is complete with a picnic table and outdoor dining area with chaise lounges.
Three Bedroom Ocean View

The Three Bedroom Ocean View offers sweeping views of the ocean and is set just steps from the tropical gardens that lead to the private swimming pool patio with direct access into the lagoon. In villa features include a private entrance and private gardens. The bedroom includes a king size bed in the master room, a queen bed in the second bedroom and the third bedroom offers a queen-size bed. The living room compromises of an L shaped sofa, 32-inch TV, ceiling fan and a desk with chair that includes the James Bond book collection. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, toaster, blender and kettle.
One Bedroom Lagoon Hut

The beautifully decorated Lagoon Hut offers cosy living with private features for romantic holidays and family get-togethers. The bedroom includes a king size bed, writing desk and chair, mini bar, lounge chair, 32-inch satellite TV, the James Bond Book collection, overhead fan, mosquito net and doors that open to the patio, which overlooks the lagoon. The bathroom includes a walk-in wardrobe, built-in bathtub, overhead rain shower and sink.
Lagoon Cottages

The Lagoon Cottages enjoy 720 sq. ft. of space with custom designed furnishings. The bathroom features a walk-in closet, GoldenEye signature bathtub, private outdoor shower, bath and beauty products, bathrobes and a hairdryer.
One Bedroom Beach Hut

Raised between 3-5 ft. off the ground, the Beach Huts offer 425 sq. ft. of living space with custom made furnishings, entertainment system, interior wet room with double rain showers and a private veranda.
One Bedroom Tall Beach Hut

Raised 10 feet from the sand, the One Bedroom Tall Beach Hut offers 425 sq. ft. of living space with an interior wet room, double rain shower, bath amenities, flat screen TV with satellite, mini bar, coffee maker and a hairdryer.
One Bedroom Beach Hut with Open-Air Dune Room

Each of the One Bedroom Beach Huts with Open-Air Dune Room offers 1,020 sq. ft. of living space with custom made furnishings, a private veranda, interior wet room and double rain shower, bath amenities, bathrobes, entertainment system and satellite TV, mini bar and hairdryer. The open-air dune room includes an oversized sofa bed, dining area, wet bar, smeg fridge, toaster, outdoor garden shower and bathtub.
Two Bedroom Beach Hut

Each of the two-bedroom beach huts are set on two storeys with a total living area of 1,050 sq. ft. with custom made furnishings. Each Hut includes a private veranda, two interior wet rooms with double rain shower, bath amenities, bathrobes, satellite TV, entertainment system, mini bar, hairdryer and safe box. The two bedroom bonus features include a dining area, blender, toaster, popcorn machine, outdoor garden shower and tub.
