There are a grand total of 602 tastefully furnished rooms and suites at the Fairmont Monte Carlo, each one carefully designed to ensure your maximum comfort and enjoyment. 35sqm Fairmont Rooms are spacious and elegant, featuring a furnished private terrace with a breakfast sitting area, not to mention a generous bathroom with separate shower and tub. Deluxe Garden View Rooms offer more space, at 40sqm, and provide charming views over the hotel’s lush gardens. As well as the bedroom, private terrace and well-appointed marble bathroom there is a cosy sitting area where you can relax and drink in the scenery. More opulent accommodation is afforded by the 85sqm Grand Prix Suite, which comprises two marble bathrooms, a separate living room with sofa, armchairs, coffee table and work desk, and the master bedroom. These suites also boast three private, furnished terraces, two of which provide sweeping sea views while the third offers views over the Grand Prix Hairpin. 70sqm Riviera Suites are similarly spacious, though only have two furnished terraces and one full bathroom and a guest toilette. Like the Grand Prix Suites they come with two interactive televisions and a radio-CD player among their luxury amenities.

Facilities

For a rejuvenating massage or a healing body treatment, book an appointment at the hotel’s Willow Stream Spa, which boasts 8 spacious treatment rooms, a nail spa and ladies lounge among its selection of world-class facilities. Two ‘couples’ suites are also available for use and come with double tubs, double steam showers and overhead rain showers.

The hotel is also home to the Willow Stream Fitness Club and a rooftop pool, not to mention meeting rooms, a shopping arcade and in-house Casino.

Restaurants

There are two sophisticated restaurants and a bistro lounge and bar at the Fairmont Monte Carlo.

The newly refurbished NOBU Fairmont Monte Carlo includes a bar, two private lounges and a terrace offering stunning views of the sea.

This world-class restaurant serves up the famous NOBU fare of traditional Japanese dishes reincarnated with intoxicating South American spices and is the perfect place to enjoy an intimate dinner in the evenings.

Alternatively you can savour delicious breakfasts, lunches and dinners at the aptly named Horizon Deck, Restaurant and Champagne Bar, a casual but elegant eatery which provides panoramic views of the Casino, Prince’s Palace and the Opera House.

Three meals a day are also provided by Saphir 24. This stylish bistro lounge and bar is open 24 hours a day, as the name suggests, and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as a decadent afternoon tea.

In-room and private dining is also available at the Fairmont Monte Carlo
