Fairmont Heritage Place offers a selection of tastefully furnished and thoughtfully designed one, two and three bedroom residences, equipped with all the comforts of home. Each one boasts stunning city or bay views, a fireplace, hardwood floors and an en-suite bathroom, and some of them come with private terraces.

One Bedroom Residence
These charming 79sqm getaways can comfortably accommodate up to four guests with their plush king-size bed in the master bedroom and an additional queen-size sofa bed in the lounge. As with the other residences they feature elegant, airy living spaces, well-appointed kitchen and dining areas, a lavish master bedroom and an en-suite bathroom complete with wet-room.

Two Bedroom Residences
Measuring between 111 and 130sqm in size, these spacious abodes are ideal for parties of up to six guests. They each have two king-size beds, and an extra queen-size sofa bed in the lounge. Each bedroom boasts its own gleaming en-suite bathroom.

Three Bedroom Residences
Each of these amply proportioned residences can serve as a sophisticated San Francisco escape for up to 8 guests, thanks to their three bedrooms with king-size beds, and the spacious lounge with queen-size sofa bed. Every bedroom has its own ultra-modern en-suite complete with wet-room.

During your sojourn at Fairmont Heritage Place you can enjoy an array of world-class services and facilities, designed to make your time here as comfortable and convenient as possible. Make use of the well-equipped Club Lounge, with its DirecTV 52” LCD television, savour 24-hour butler and concierge service and the use of a chauffeured luxury house car (on a first-come, first-serve basis), and don’t forget all of the other outstanding services which are available at additional cost. Restaurants
While Fairmont Heritage Place does not have its own restaurants or bars, it does offer easy access to some of Ghirardelli Square’s most delightful eateries. Guests of the hotel can also enjoy daily continental breakfasts between 7 and 10a.m. and return later in the day for a delicious late afternoon cheese and wine reception, which lasts from 5-6 p.m. In-residence dining services and pre-arrival grocery shopping are provided by the hotel at an additional cost and you can also hire personal chefs and waiters for special events, also at extra cost.
