Agave

Serving authentic Mexican food and Tex-Mex favourites, Agave is open from 5:30pm until 10:30pm with a menu of seafood and meat, flavoured on the grill. There is seating outside so you can dine beneath the stars.
Oregano

Oregano is an Italian-inspired restaurant serving simple Italian favourites such as pizza, calzones, pasta and sweet treats. Oregano is open for dinner from 6pm – 11pm.
Basmati

For Indian delicacies make your way to Basmati, with a menu of tantalizing dishes using traditional herbs and spices for an aromatic dining experience. Basmati is open for dinner from 5:30pm until 10:30pm.
Chez Isabelle

Offering indoor and al fresco dining options, Chez Isabelle is a French dining restaurant with mouth-watering mains and sweet desserts that will take you back to a traditional patisserie in Paris. Chez Isabelle is open from dinner from 5:30pm until 10:30pm.
The Grill

Open for lunch and dinner, The Grill serves up an a la carte meni of salads, sandwiches, burgers, wraps, prime steaks, chicken and shrimp. The Grill is open for lunch from 12pm until 6pm and dinner from 6:30pm until 11pm.
Flavour Market

Try a variety of dishes at Flavour Market, which is a small plates dining experience serving tapas dishes and premium wines. Flavour Market is open from 6pm until 12am.
The Lobster House

The Lobster Hourse is located in the open-air with a thatched roof by the main pool, with an a la carte menu for breakfast and lunch. While dinner service turns into a romantic lantern-lit ambience with a delicious seafood menu with the likes of shellfish and lobster. Breakfast is open from 8am until 12pm, lunch is open from 12:30pm until 3pm and dinner is from 5:30pm until 10:30pm.
Las Olas

Set on the beach overlooking the Ocean, Las Olas is a snack grill bar offering a selection of fast food, salads, wood-oven pizzas and grilled favourites. Las Olas is open from 12pm until 3pm.
Spice

Taste the flavours of Asia at Spice, with a menu of Japanese, chinese, Vietnamese and Thai specialities including a sushi bar, teppenyaki rooms and couples seating areas. Spice is open from 5:30pm until 10:30pm.
Toscana

Toscana is an Italian restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Start the morning with International and Mexican buffet choices, including omelets, fresh eggs, juices, natural shakes, fresh fruit and vegetables. During lunch you can tuck into fresh salads and vegetables. Cheese and International buffet options including “show cooking” stations. On the evening, dinner service is an exquisite affair in a romantic setting with an incredible wine menu and hearty Italian favourites.

Toscana is open for breakfast from 7am until 11am, lunch is from 12pm until 4pm and dinner is from 5:30pm until 10:30pm.
