Room Types

The accommodation at Crown Beach Resort & Spa is really spacious and comfortable. The design captures the essence of Polynesia with traditional grass roofs and beamed ceilings and stunning locally made wooden furniture in the darkest wood. The soft furnishings are in muted shades to emphasize the beauty of the wooden furniture. There is a spacious living area with TV, DVD, CD and iPod station, There is a well equipped kitchen including microwave and both indoor and outdoor dining options. The beautiful king size beds all have a hand crafted canopy. The stylish bathrooms have gowns, slippers and toiletries for each guest. Throughout there are beautiful arrangements of freshly cut flowers in vibrant colours, which emphasize the natural beauty of the island.

One bedroom Villa

Surrounded by tropical gardens, these individual villas (85m²) are spacious both in and out of doors. Inside there is a comfortable living area with Polynesian ambience with both lounge/ entertainment centre and full kitchen with dining facilities for 2/3 people. There is a separate bedroom with king size bed and a bathroom with walk-in shower.
Courtyard Pool Suite

Both luxurious and secluded, this 100m² suite is perfect for a romantic getaway. Outside the spacious courtyard is surrounded by a high stonewall for privacy. There is a lovely private pool and sun loungers plus a dining gazebo. The sandy beach and beautiful waters of the lagoon are just moments away. Inside there is a comfortable living area with kitchenette and king size bed. The bathroom has a classical freestanding bathtub and separate monsoon rain shower.
Beach Front Villa

Set on the beach with uninterrupted views of the lagoon, this beautiful villa (100m²) is another great romantic hideaway! Outside, there is a large deck with sun loungers and dining table and chairs with great views of the lagoon. Inside there is a generously sized living area, full kitchen and dining table plus a canopied king size bed and stylish en suite bathroom.
Two Bedroom Garden Villa

The perfect exclusive getaway for family and friends! These 120m² villas are located close to the grand pool and have a large furnished outside deck. Inside there is a beautiful living area with hand crafted sofas and tables, a dining suite and two bedrooms each with a king size bed. The stylish bathroom has twin vanity basins and twin showers.
Two Bedroom Beach Front Pool Villa

What a stunning view to wake to each morning with the beach and lagoon beyond. This villa (120m²) is situated right on the beach and outdoors has a large furnished deck which is perfect for sundowner drinks in the evening and a beautiful private pool to enjoy during the day and in the evening. Inside there is a spacious living area with sofas and coffee table, galley-style kitchen and a dining suite. There are two bedrooms each with a king size bed.

Facilities

With relaxation in mind, the resort is situated in five acres of tranquil gardens and has a beautiful main pool (grand pool) with spacious sun terrace. The Ariki Spa is perfect for those who seek deep relaxation. Therapists have a holistic approach and combine treatments with reflexology, acupuncture, homeopathy and the use of water to rehydrate and rebalance. Many of the treatments use pawpaw the world's most nutritious fruit.

There is a dive centre at the resort but other water sports including canoeing and snorkeling are available close by.

Restaurants

There is fantastic international cuisine – all with Polynesian touches – to enjoy at the Resort. Every Thursday evening there is a fun Island Night with Polynesian buffet and Polynesian dancers and music.

If you would like to enjoy a really special evening why not book a romantic dinner for two? There will be a beautiful table for two in a gazebo on the beach. The table is laid with linen tablecloth, silver cutlery, shimmering glassware, candles and flowers and a private butler will serve you a gourmet three-course meal with sparkling wine.

Ocean's Restaurant and bar

Situated right on the water front with stunning views of the lagoon, this brasserie style restaurant offers all day dining for breakfast, lunch and dinner. All the meals are beautifully prepared and presented using local meats, fish and produce and the result is a fusion of flavours from Asia, the Americas and Antipodes, which the Chef calls 'Pacific Rim'. If you prefer, you can have the meal of your choice delivered to your villa or suite.
Flambé Restaurant

This beautiful restaurant has a menu inspired by ancient legends from the Cook Islands. The menu features as much local produce as possible and a few unusual meats like ostrich, venison and duck. The menu celebrates the culinary art of flambé, which gives the dishes a distinctive char-grilled flavour. Flambé continues with the desserts too as Crepes. Suzettes are made at your table, but another temptation is a handmade ice igloo that opens to reveal Belgium chocolate and almond semi freddo – irresistible!
