Room Types

The rooms at this all inclusive Resort and Spa are situated in villas that are well spaced apart amidst lush vegetation. Each one is comfortable and colourful to remind you that you are sampling Caribbean paradise! All the rooms have a balcony/ terrace outside and air conditioning inside as well as tea & coffee making facilities and cable TV. There is complimentary Wi-Fi throughout. All the privilege rooms and suites are situated in the Catalonia Riviera Maya next door and the hotels share facilities.

Garden View

This generously sized room is 39.95 m² and is available with either a king size bed or two doubles and can accommodate three adults or two adults and two children comfortably. The room is warmly coloured and has local wooden wall decorations. it has tea and coffee making facilities, cable TV and air conditioning. The attractive bathroom has a bath tub and complimentary toiletries. All rooms have either a terrace or balcony just perfect for relaxation!

Facilities

For those who simply want to stretch out and relax there are four swimming pools, each with a surrounding terrace and sun loungers and the beautiful beach is within easy walking distance. For those who enjoy water sports there is snorkelling, canoeing and catamaran sailing. Other sports include archery (14 years +), cycling, tennis, football and volleyball.

There is a beautiful Spa offering a variety of rejuvenating treatments and aerobics and aquarobics are also available. There is a well equipped gym with spinning room.

If you enjoy trying out different activities, there is a daily activities programme. There is a fun Sports Bat with sports TV and a golf simulator and a Kids Club for 4-12 year olds.

Catalonia Yucatan is situated next door to the marina with its dolphins and other attractions and just 7-00 metres from shops and the centre of Puerto Aventuras.

Restaurants

vCatalonia Yucatan has some great restaurants, many of them offering fun themed meals. There are 8 bars too – including two swim up bars - and they all offer great cocktails and natural fruit juices. There is good evening entertainment including live music and shows.

La Brisa

This attractive outdoor restaurant has wooden tables and chairs, flooring and ceiling and a stunning view over the sea. There are various themed buffets and breakfast, lunch and dinner is served here.
El Mercado

Cool and inviting, this indoor restaurant is air conditioned and offers meals throughout the day – international buffet style dinners feature all the classic favourites.
Bamboleo

Bamboleo is a fun poolside snack bar by day and a great informal steak bar at night.
The Creperie

Whether you enjoy sweet or savoury crepes, there is nothing better than sharing one outside in the evening under a galaxy of stars.
