On the menu you will find plenty of delicious local ingredients and fresh seafood – and be sure to finish your meal with a Calabash Cove Rum Baba, blending smooth vanilla ice cream with the piquant sweetness of sugar rum. After your meal head to the adjacent C Bar for a selection of exotic cocktails and live entertainment. The Calabash Cove Bombshell is a particularly refreshing drink which blends fruit juices with banana liqueur, sugar syrup and vodka.
