There are 40 luxurious guestrooms, suites and villas available at the Ambassador.
The 20 traditional rooms are accessed by a mysterious tunnel carved into the living rock and feature traditional vaulted ceilings, minimalist white-washed interiors and a private swimming pool, spa and veranda offering sweeping views of the volcano. Special features include the likes of an iPhone and iPad docking station, luxurious Egyptian cotton fabrics, flat-screen LCD TV and deluxe bath products.
For a little more space opt for one of the luxury suites, which measure between 70 and 100sqm in size and feature custom-made furniture, lavish fabrics and spacious vaulted bathrooms as well as a private veranda, swimming pool and spa. These suites come in either one or two bedroom configurations.
Last but not least select a sumptuous two or three bedroom villa, which can accommodate up to 6 people, and enjoy plenty of peace, privacy and autonomy, enhanced by a variety of luxury amenities.

Delicious dining at the Ambassador is provided by its restaurant, Petra, which is ideally situated beside the pool and offers truly astounding views over the Aegean. The menu is just as impressive as the vistas and the décor, and consists of vibrant seasonal produce, carefully chosen artisan ingredients and the freshest fish and seafood, to be paired with your selection of vintage from Petra’s excellent wine list. But for a more intimate dining experience, private candlelit dinners and picnic baskets are available upon request.
