Pearl Harbour

Pearl Harbour in Oahu is renowned for its historical significance due to the surprise Japanese attack on December 7, 1941. This attack was a pivotal moment in World War II, leading to the United States’ formal entry into the conflict. The surprise attack resulted in the sinking or damaging of numerous battleships, including the USS Arizona and the USS Oklahoma, and the loss of over 2,400 American lives. The attack galvanised American public opinion and led to the United States declaring war on Japan the following day, marking a crucial turning point in the war.

Kona coffee farms

Kona Coffee Farms, situated on the Big Island of Hawaii, are famous for producing some of the world’s finest coffee beans.
