Palacio Duhau Park Hyatt is a stunning looking hotel situated in the French District of Recoleta. The hotel was a palace that has been totally restored and renovated. A second contemporary building that mirrors the style and grandeur of the palace stands next door. Together they offer stylish luxury to their guests.

Room Types

The rooms at Palacio Duhau Park Hyatt are spacious, comfortable and elegant. There is an extremely comfortable king size bed, 32” flat screen cable TV and DVD, complimentary Wi-Fi throughout and wireless high speed internet. There are tea and coffee making facilities and individually controlled air conditioning and heating. The beautiful bathrooms have marble baths, rain showers and complimentary bathrobes and luxury spa toiletries. There is a butler service and complimentary morning newspaper. If you are travelling with a baby, cribs are available and roll out beds for children. The maximum number of guests per room or suite is three.

Standard Room – Park King

With views over the street, the Park King rooms have 33-40 sq m of floor area with a king size bed and generously sized desk. In the attractive bathroom, there is a bath, rain shower, bidet and toilet.
Deluxe Room

These rooms have beautiful views over the hotel’s well kept gardens, the palace or a street view. They are contemporarily decorated to complement their elegance and there are wooden floors and muted shades of soft furnishings. The room measures 40-55 sq m and has a king size bed, oversized desk, comfortable sitting area and bathroom.
Park One Bedroom Suite

This suite is generously sized with a floor area of 61 sq m. The rooms are beautifully furnished in autumn tones. There is a king size bed and spacious living area with table and chairs, comfortable armchairs, versatile lighting adjacent stylish bathroom with twin basins, bath tub, rain shower and bidet. Some of the suites have a balcony and/ or fireplace.
Park Suite

With 52-72 sq m of floor area, the Park Suite offers spacious comfortable living. There is a king size bed in the bedroom and an adjacent bathroom. The living area has a work desk and sitting area and some suites also have a dining area. Some of the suites have a private whirlpool and fireplace. There are panoramic views of either the hotel gardens or the street.
Park Deluxe

Really generous, beautifully furnished and comfortable, these suites have a floor area of 75-82 sq m. The Park Deluxe suites have a large living room (some with a dining table) and work area and some have a balcony. For entertainment, there is an additional television in the bedroom and DVDs are available on request. The bathroom has a marble bath and walk in shower. The views from these suites are either of the hotel gardens or the town.
Park Executive Suite

Stylishly furnished in soft autumn colours this suite is 91-95 sq m in size. There is a beautiful bedroom with king size bed, a second television and ensuite with bath tub, rain shower and bidet. The suite has an attractive living area with flat screen television and private bar. Some have a dining table and/or fireplace. These suites have a guest shower.
Boudoir Suite

Situated on the top floor, the Boudoir Suite is absolutely stunning with Persian carpets, silk curtains and crystal chandeliers in rich autumn shades. With 103 sq m there is a spacious living area, dining area and study area. There is a private bar, tea and coffee making facilities and Nespresso machine There is a pantry. The beautiful bedroom with king size bed has an ensuite bathroom and a second television. The Boudoir Suite has two spacious furnished terraces.
Alvear Suite

Situated in the palace building, this gorgeous 120 sq m suite with its rich decor and furnishings has everything you need! There is a large living area, dining area, study, kitchenette and pantry. The bedroom has a king size bed, second television and en suite bathroom. The views from this suite are of Alvear Avenue.
Dahau Suite

This suite is situated on top of the Palace building and is the ultimate in luxury! With 160 sq m of floor space, the suite has an attractive living area, dining area, study and fully equipped kitchenette. The beautiful bedroom has king size bed, a second television and en suite bathroom. Outside, the Dahau Suite has an encircling terrace that offers 360º of spectacular panoramic views.

Facilities

Whilst Buenos Aires has plenty to distract visitors, Palacio Duhau Park Hyatt has wonderful facilities for guests to enjoy too. The hotel has an excellent collection of art but also has an underground gallery – Paseo de las Artes where there is a fascinating display of paintings and sculpture from Argentina and Latin America.

For those who simply want to relax and be pampered, the Ahin Spa is wonderfully rejuvenating. The word ‘Ahin’ is from the local Mapuche language and means ‘welcome for a visitor’. There is a lovely selection of sensual treatments available from the well trained staff. There is a tempting 25 metres indoor heated pool too!

If you would like to explore there are bicycles, city tours and the chance to visit museums and the opera and to learn how to tango!

The restaurants at Palacio Duhau Park Hyatt offer fabulous cuisine in attractive settings with seamless service. The Chefs prepare classic Argentinean dishes with a contemporary flair.

Dahau Restaurante & Vinotec

Palacio Duhau Park Hyatt’s main restaurant has a warm, intimate ambience. There is a lovely terrace area overlooking the gardens for warmer days. The emphasis is on top quality Argentinean meat – beef and this is cooked to perfection on the wood grill. The vegetables and fruit are all top quality and seasonal as they are locally sourced. The Vinotec is well stocked with all the top Argentinean wines including the very best Malbecs and there is a selection of international wines too
The cheese room is delightful with a large open fire and some really excellent cheeses – to enjoy with chutneys, dried fruit, freshly baked bread and a glass of wine of course!
Gioia Restaurant & Terrace

This spacious restaurant is open throughout the day and its extensive terrace is the perfect place to enjoy a light lunch or al fresco dinner.
Los Salones del Piano Nobile

This really is the hub of the Palace and is where everyone meets up for breakfast, coffee, a lunchtime snack or the top favourite – afternoon tea!
