  • Lichfield Suite

    Dedicated to renowned photographer and former guest, Lord Lichfield, this artful suite features a dynamic red, black, white and silver colour scheme and is designed to evoke the feel of a photography studio.   • Tamar Suite

    Named for Hong Kong’s former British naval headquarters, the Tamar Suite is a nautical-inspired abode complete with expansive living/dining room, a pantry, luxuriously appointed bathroom and an amply proportioned bedroom with walk-in closet. There is also a private balcony that runs the length of the main living area. Guests staying in this suite will benefit from the services of their own butler.
  • Macau Suite

    The majestic Macau Suite is hugely popular with guests and as soon as you walk into the lofty domed entrance hall you’ll see why.     The hotel’s palatial 292sqm presidential suite offers accommodation worthy of royalty, not to mention breath-taking harbour views, which you can drink in from the balcony, that runs the length of the living/dining room. The suite is also home to a well-appointed kitchen, a powder room, walk-in closet, lavish marble bathroom and tastefully furnished bedroom. There is even an adjoining couple’s spa suite, and guests staying in this room receive the additional privilege of personal butler service.

    This stylish venue is a sleek all-day dining restaurant serving up three mouth-watering meals of Modern European cuisine. Private dining is available. Be advised the restaurant is closed until 31 August.
  • Pierre

    Pierre is a romantic Michelin-starred French venue that exudes elegance and luxury, and is open daily for lunches and dinners. Poised on the 25th floor it provides you with breath-taking views to savour while you feast on skillfully prepared dishes guaranteed to tantalise your tastebuds.
  • Man Wah

    To indulge in a delicious dim sum lunch or a dinner of authentic Cantonese fare, make sure you grab a table at Man Wah. Renowned for its panoramic vistas and opulent décor, this spectacular restaurant will take your breath away with its glamour as well as with its cuisine.
  • The Krug Room

    Any foodie with a good appetite who is interested in enjoying an innovative culinary experience is sure to love The Krug Room, which serves up lavish 10-14 course dinners of Chef Robin Zavou’s progressive dishes, paired with none other than glasses of Krug champagne.
  • Café Causette

    Elegant all-day dining in a relaxed but stylish environment is provided by family-friendly venue Café Causette.   • The Mandarin Cake Shop

    If you love expertly roasted coffees, rich hot chocolate, and exquisitely made cakes, pastries and freshly baked breads then you are sure to relish a visit to this sublime shop. Some of the highlights on the menu include blueberry cheesecake, the signature hot chocolate and an Oriental gift box containing goodies such as rose petal jam and oolong tea.
