Overview

Coconut Bay Beach Resort and Spa is actually two Caribbean worlds in one, with award-winning Premium All-Inclusive. The Harmony wing is for adults only, providing a tranquil escape with hammocks and sun decks, quiet swimming pools and bars, but with plenty of great water sports and other activities if you want them! Splash is the fun and playful wing for children of all ages! There are fun things to do all day long including the Cocoland Water Park and Kids’ Klub and whichever you choose, the holiday is fully inclusive…now it doesn’t get better than that!

Guests staying a minimum of 7 nights will receive a discount booklet upon check in containing USD$1000 worth of resort credit savings. 1 booklet will be provided per room/per stay. Room Types

There is a great choice of rooms at the resort and they are ideal for adults (Harmony) and family (Splash). All the rooms are comfortable with air conditioning, ceiling fans and attractive tiled floors. There is an attractive seating area with comfortable sofa, flat screen television with cable channels, mini fridge and coffee and tea making facilities. The bathrooms are light, bright and are fitted with showers. All rooms have a private balcony and some have a sea view. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout. Cots can be provided.

Splash Premium Ocean View

Situated on the third floor of the Harmony wing, this attractive room has 50m² of floor area and a wonderful sea view. This type of room is available with one king size bed or two queen beds.

This room is located on the 4th floor of the Splash wing with views of the coast or water park. With 50m² of space, this attractive room has either one king size bed plus a rollaway bed or two queen beds and a pull out sofa.

Splash Two Bedroom Family connecting

Located in the Splash wing of the hotel, these rooms are perfect for big families looking for a spacious stay in St Lucia. Overlooking the resort’s lush tropical gardens and Ocean views can be seen, these rooms feature one king or two queen beds, ceiling fan, air conditioning, patios or balconies, iron and board, safe, satellite TV, radio alarm, bar with mini-fridge stocked with water, soft drinks, and coffee and tea service.
Harmony Deluxe Ocean View (Adults only)

This room is wonderfully spacious as it has 100m² of floor area and is actually two separate rooms with inside interconnecting doors. Situated on the third floor of the Splash wing, there is one king size and one rollaway bed in one room and two queen size beds plus a pull out sofa in the second room.
Splash Deluxe Garden View

This attractive room is situated on the ground floor with lovely views of the lush tropical plants. With a floor area of 50m² there is one king size bed in the sleeping area plus one rollaway bed. Or there are rooms that have two queen beds and a pull out sofa.
Splash Deluxe Ocean View

Situated on the second floor of the Splash wing, this room has 50m² of floor space with a partial sea and garden view. These rooms are available King size and rollaway bed or two queen beds and pull out sofa.
Harmony Deluxe Garden View (Adults only)

Situated on the ground floor overlooking the gardens with a glimpse of the ocean, these attractive rooms have 50m² of floor area and are available with either one king or two queen beds.
Harmony Concierge Junior Suite Ocean View (Adults only)

This attractive room is perfect for couples as it has 60m² of floor area and a beautiful four poster bed, separate living area and bathroom with glass shower cubicle.

Facilities

There is something for everyone at Coconut Bay Beach resort which has nine restaurants, seven bars and five pools.

There are snorkelling and canoeing facilities as well as kite surfing and stand up paddle boards. Other water activities include pool volleyball, aqua fitness, water polo, bocce ball and non-motorised water sports. There are tennis courts and beach volleyball, beach, lawn cricket family tie dye, power walks, reggae dance classes, bingo, dominoes and darts. There is the attractive Ka Mer Spa offering a comprehensive menu of treatments and well equipped total fitness centre as well as yoga and pilates classes, power walks and aqua fitness.

The Resort also organises some great excursions including Rain Forest Cycling, Coconut Segway, jeep safari, shopping excursions and trips just for couples and others geared to families.

The kids club features daily activities for 3 different age bands and parent have access to a mobile to keep in contact with their children while in the club. Each week, there is a movie beneath the stars for you and your children to enjoy and each Wednesday night, you can join in on a hayride and bonfire experience. There is also a petting zoo.

Theme nights include Caribbean night, country and western night, karaoke party and Harmony's Adults-only Pool Party.

Restaurants

Many people say that an important part of their holiday is the chance to enjoy good food and with so many great restaurants, that just won’t be difficult! All of the restaurants use fresh local ingredients with that distinct Caribbean twist in their preparation.

For evening dining at Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa, guests are required to follow a dress code. For Gentlemen – sport slacks, khakis, jeans (no cut-offs), collared sport shirts, dress shoes
For Ladies – casual dresses, casual skirts or pants and blouses, summer dresses, capri pants, jeans (no cut-offs).

Not permitted: shorts, gym shorts, t-shirts, beach flip-flops, bathing suit attire, cut-off jeans, sleeveless shirts for men, sportswear or baseball hats.

Silk

With red decor and interesting interior design, this attractive restaurant is modern and Mandarin inspired. Reservation is required at this resort.
Calabash

This is the new Caribbean speciality restaurant offering curries, jerk flavours, fish seafood and wonderful Caribbean desserts. Reservation is required at this resort.
Harmony Breakfasts (Adult Only)

What a great way to start the day! A la Carte breakfast, enjoyed on the restaurant’s verandah with stunning views and the sunshine.
The Verandah

Intimate and perfect for couples and friends, this delightful restaurant has dishes made with the freshest ingredients and the chance to enjoy the catch of the day! Reservation is required at this resort.
Coconut Walk

This is the main restaurant and it definitely has something for everyone with eight different food stations including a smoothie bar, salad bar, pasta and crepe food stations.
Seaside

This is a delightful and very intimate Italian Restaurant. Reservation is required at this resort.
Flip Flops

This casual eatery has wonderful cooking aromas and amongst its specialities are pulled pork and homemade pizza.
La Luna

Jerk Treehouse

This is casual, atmospheric and very different! Relax and enjoy great food in this wacky location!
